Qualicision® - Surface is programmed by taking photographs (teach-in). The user creates reference groups, adding any number of images to any reference group.

The CVB-based module Qualicision® - Surface allows to identify and classify any surface of materials like rubber, wood, metal or any coated surface. Online teaching of any image analysis task is possible without need of programming: the user just defines quality or type groups, filling the respective groups with characteristic reference images. Activating common image criteria as "homogeneity", "dispersivity", "granularity" or "preferred direction", it is possible to assign any image to its respective group. It is also at any moment possible to add new (i.e. unknown to the system) quality or type classes or reference images both automatically (program controlled) or user controlled.

FuzzyDisperDesk Boge - F/L/S is an industry proven system for fast and secure material surface classification. By means of qualitative Fuzzy Image-Analysis, the system allows an efficient evaluation of dispersion images.
FuzzyDisperDesk Boge - F/L/S compares, as human controllers too, the given image of a test item with its respective reference image.

Some of the application fields of FuzzyDisperDesk Boge - F/L/S are:

  • Soot dispersion in rubber mixtures
  • Determination of surface asperity in materials as plastic, metal or concrete

System requirements: FuzzyDisperDesk Boge - F/L/S is available for any IBM-compatible PC running under Microsoft Windows 3.x and higher. It can be integrated in existing systems or sold as an integral system. The delivery of a ready-to-use PC with card, software and opto-electronic image collection unit is optional.
