REQUIRED SKILLS - YOU SHOULD BRING:

• Very good knowledge of development with Python and experience working with AI and ML frameworks.
• Confident use of version control systems (GIT).
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Experience working in agile development teams.
• University degree with IT focus such as (business) computer science, mathematics, statistics, data science or similar or alternatively an IT Specialist education with relevant work experience in a comparable environment

USEFUL SKILLS - THAT MAKES YOU INTERESTING:

• Knowledge in the implementation of AI-based tools for the optimization of business processes.
• Experience with cloud technologies and Big Data tools.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively.
• Confident working with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, etc.).
• Helpful Knowledge: SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MS SQL), Cloud (AWS, GC, Azure, etc.), CLI (Windows, Linux), UX design (Web, Angular), JavaScript/TypeScript.
• A passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
